Pikolor ("the App") is a mobile application designed for children aged 4-12 and their parents. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.
1. Introduction
Pikolor transforms photos into coloring pages using artificial intelligence. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union.
This App is designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we automatically collect certain technical information:

Important: The device identifier is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.

Note: We do not have access to your payment card information. All payments are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
2.4 Crash Reporting, Analytics and Diagnostics
To keep the App stable and improve it, we use Firebase (a Google service) and the diagnostic tools built into iOS and Android:

Crash and diagnostic reports never contain:
- Your photos or your coloring creations
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses
- Precise location data
- Payment card information
You are in control: You can disable crash reporting at any time in the App's Settings, under "About". Disabling it does not limit any App feature.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide the service: Transform your photos into coloring pages using AI
- Manage your account: Create and maintain your anonymous account
- Process purchases: Manage subscriptions and restore purchases
- Improve the App: Analyze anonymous usage patterns to enhance user experience
- Provide support: Diagnose technical issues
- Keep the App stable: Detect, analyze, and fix crashes and errors through crash reports
4. Data Processing and AI
4.1 Photo Processing
When you transform a photo:
- The image is securely uploaded to our servers via HTTPS
- Our AI processes the image to create a coloring page
- The result is sent back to your device
- The original photo is immediately deleted from our servers
We do not:
- Store your photos permanently
- Use your photos to train AI models
- Share your photos with third parties
- Analyze photo content for purposes other than creating coloring pages
4.2 Server Location
Our servers are located in secure data centers. All data transfers are encrypted using TLS/SSL.

6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
6.1 RevenueCat
- Purpose: In-app purchase management
- Data shared: Anonymous user ID, purchase history
- Privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
6.2 AI Processing Service
- Purpose: Transform photos into coloring pages
- Data shared: Photos (temporarily)
- Data retention: Photos are deleted immediately after processing
6.3 Firebase (Google)
- Purpose: Crash reporting (Crashlytics), usage analytics (Analytics), and push notifications (Cloud Messaging)
- Data shared: Anonymous installation ID, device model, OS and app version, crash reports, anonymous usage events, notification token
- Not shared: No photos, no coloring creations, and no directly identifying information

- Opt-out: Crash reporting can be disabled at any time in the App's Settings, under "About"

The App requests the following permissions:

8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
We comply with COPPA requirements:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
- Parents can review and delete their child's data
- We do not condition participation on disclosure of personal information
- We use reasonable procedures to protect children's information

10. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL)
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data
- Regular security audits
- Access controls and authentication
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
- Posting the new policy in the App
- Updating the "Last updated" date
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
